News About Grace House
We enjoyed a wonderful fellowship last evening (Sat. Aug 22) with a few hundred people. The highlight of the evening was the completion of the original plan of restoration that has been adopted for us involving oversight from a national ministry headquartered in Denver, Colorado. We were so grateful to the spiritual leaders who walked through this entire season with us and who were present to give us their formal blessing. As originally planned, we will begin to resume a measure of of ministry in September while slowing stepping back into the flow of things. We will continue to submit ourselves to the Galatian 6:1 leaders in our lives.
We were happy to announce that Grace House will begin soon (September). This will a very informal and non-traditional approach to ministry focusing on relationship and ministering the grace of God to hurting people.
We want to break the mindset of church being a place you go to the truth that church is who we are called to be. We do not "do" church. We are the church. Yes, we assemble together regularly, but it is not the getting together that is the goal. It is sharing the life of Christ that is present in His body with all people. We desire to be kingdom minded and grace filled in all we engage in.
Grace House will involve a Sunday morning meeting and a strong ongoing encouragement to be a part of a smaller group regularly. Grace House metaphorically speaking will also have a Grace House Workshop. In the workshop there will be 10 rooms that everyone will be encouraged to spend time in. These 10 rooms represent 10 different areas of teaching that help people live a grace-filled life. They are as follows:
The Father's Room -- Learning to relate to God as Father and confidently approach His throne of grace.
The Family Room -- Learning to relate to our physical and spiritual families through God's grace.
The Freedom Room -- Learning to experience God's grace in a liberating way the breaks the barriers to grace off our lives.
The Fullness Room -- Learning to receive grace through the baptism, filling, gifts and fruit of the Holy Spirit.
The Follower's Room -- Learning to walk in grace as we daily follow Jesus through the challenges of life.
The Friendship Room -- Learning to have friends in which grace to challenge, correct and change is present and working.
The Financial Room -- Learning how God desires to release grace to us through our financial life.
The Favor Room -- Learning how God's releases grace and favor upon us to bless us and to make us a blessing.
The Fun Room -- Learning to receive the grace of God that results in have a true joy filled life.

NEW UPDATE Thursday, August 28
Grace House will have two emphasis as far as our horizontal relationships are concerned.
Grace Gathering -- This will be the once weekly meeting held on Sunday mornings.
Grace Groups -- These are small groups that will meet around the area to celebrate God's grace and goodness in close personal relationships. They will be encouraged to share teaching from the ten areas of teaching mentioned in the section just above this one.
Please pray for wisdom in the following decisions:
-Location where we can have grace gatherings to teach and minister and build relationships with people. We have a few options at the moment and really need direction.
-Wisdom to know how to shift our mental paradigms in a way that those who desire to do so can shift with us.
-God's provision to do all He is placing in our hearts to do.
-We will be having another Grace Gathering soon!
